Public Affairs & Advocacy Committee (PAA) encourages Junior League members to be informed, active citizens and addresses the public issues which affect our community. PAA is committed to serving the needs of women and youth in the Champaign-Urbana community through community advocacy efforts. The committee works with other community groups and members of JLCU to gather and disseminate appropriate information regarding local and statewide advocacy efforts and to provide opportunities to involve the membership in these efforts.

Join Junior League of Champaign-Urbana for a day focused on Mind, Body and Community: Advocacy Training and Personal Development. how to advocate for child welfare and school readiness
human trafficking issues and legislative background
nutrition and well being
